 
        
        Podiatry Role Overview
The Graduate Podiatrist position is a critical role within our multidisciplinary team, focusing on delivering high-quality podiatry services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities in Central Australia.
This role involves working closely with clients who have diabetes-related foot complications and other lower limb pathologies, practicing within their scope and receiving ongoing supervision from Senior Podiatrists.
The Graduate Podiatrist will work across various primary health programs, including Chronic Conditions, Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP), the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), and Medicare.

Required Skills and Qualifications
 * Bachelor of Podiatry or equivalent tertiary qualification and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
 * Hold a current first-aid and CPR Certificate in accordance with AHPRA registration or willingness to obtain.
 * Knowledge of community-based podiatry service delivery with a multidisciplinary team, including an understanding of working with a broad range of clients from varying socioeconomic backgrounds who present with a variety of lower limb pathology.
 * Understanding of the complexities of service delivery to remote Aboriginal communities.
 * Willingness and ability to travel to and work in remote locations for up to a week at a time, including travel on light aircraft.
 * Current driver's license or ability to obtain.
