Job Overview:
This technical service manager role oversees FOTON Aftersales technical service operations. The key responsibility includes delivering training, developing content, and providing in-field technical support to ensure dealer technicians are equipped to service vehicles to manufacturer standards.
The successful candidate will lead technical training programs for FOTON dealer technicians onboarding, diagnostics, NEV systems, and other essential skills. They will work closely with OEMs, engineers, and internal teams to develop and update training content aligned with FOTON Global standards and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and deliver training programs for FOTON dealer technicians.
* Collaborate with internal teams to create high-quality training materials and assessments.
* Provide technical guidance and support to dealer technicians on product-related issues.
* Monitor and analyze technical trends using data analytics tools.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a technical trainer or senior technician in light commercial vehicles.
* Certificate III in Automotive Mechanical Technology and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment required.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to drive change and deliver results in dynamic environments.
