Who We're Looking For
You don't need to know everything – we'll teach you.
A genuine interest in solar, electrical and renewable energy
A great attitude and willingness to learn
Driver's licence (or working towards it)
Ability to work hard, follow instructions, and take pride in doing things properly
Extra points if you're a 2nd or 3rd year apprentice looking for better training and more opportunity
Your Day-to-Day
Assist tradesmen with solar and battery installations
Load and prepare materials, run cabling, mount equipment, and learn to commission systems
Help with residential maintenance, air-conditioning installs and switchboard upgrades
Use job management and safety apps
Keep work areas tidy, safe and up to Prestige Renewables standards
Learn step-by-step how to become a high-quality, confident electrician
