About the job Senior Windows System Engineer
Job Description:
* We are looking for a Windows system engineer with a deep level of Windows server system engineering and Active Directory experience.
* Someone when given a problem, works out a solution and drives the resolution to completion. This resource will work with our Manager Cybersecurity and infrastructure and support him on complex systems engineering solutions and consultancy ensuring that the right design and solutions are being produced by our managed service providers and relevant quality checks and tests are being carried out.
* The resource will be required to be hands-on and not afraid to deep dive into solutioning mode, testing the solutions themselves and leading the implementations of these with the in-house resources and vendors as required.
* Some projects that they will be required to work on are Azure Cloud based PKI solution, AD migration, Just in Time privilege management, Office 365 controls assessment and remediation, AD delegation of user rights and RBAC, Windows server migration to AWS cloud etc.
* Resource ideally to be based in Sydney, working from home, but some Sydney office onsite visits may be required from time to time as permitted by local health authority directive.
* Resource needs to have very good communication, documentation, and reporting skills as they will also be playing the role of technical delivery manager on projects from time to time.
