**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
With projects in the ground across both inner eastern & bayside regions and an impressive pipeline. There is space for an experienced working lead hand foreman to run one-off-high-end architectural homes $2mil+

**SOME OF WHAT YOU NEED**:
- Similar background as a leading hand, and/or junior working foreman working on high-end architectural high-end homes $2mil+
- Carpentry background (**_essential_**) with CERT IV in building & construction or relevant tertiary qualifications;
- Demonstrated working experience as a 2IC or 3IC on high-end jobs with basement construction and suspended slabs; **_(Ideal, not essential)_**:
- Sound knowledge of building workflow practices;
- Understanding of construction, techniques, terminology, costs and be able to communicate this in Layman's terms;
