Accounts receivable officer Perm role, $60k - $65k + Super salary, Full-time office based, Hawthorn Office
**Your new company**
A well-known retail organisation are looking for an Accounts receivable officer to join their finance team.
**Your new role**
- Manage the accounts receivable process of the organisation
- Credit Control duties which include opening accounts, organising credit approvals and monitoring the policies
- Process transactions such as receipts, managing the general ledger and managing the process of claims and rebates
- Reconciliation duties which include chasing up unpaid claims, organising monthly statements and looking after petty cash processes
- Accounts Payable duties including invoices, analysis and payments
- Assist with financial statements and reporting
- Other finance ad hoc duties as required
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in a similar role with above duties (AP, AR & Credit Control)
- Experience using Microsoft Excel
- Outstanding communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Looking for someone who is energetic, fun and a team player
- Highly organised and can meet deadlines
- Start immediately or on notice
