Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing functional support to business users of the Graile application.
* Provide functional support to business users of the Graile application
* Triage and resolve application-related issues, escalating where necessary
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualification in Information Technology / Business Systems or related field
* Minimum 1 years' experience in a business application support of functional support role
* Strong understanding of business processes and how they relate to enterprise systems
* Experience with issue triaging, root cause analysis, and user support
* Familiarity with ITSM tools such as Jira, Confluence, or ServiceNow
This is not a traditional IT support role. Instead, you will be working closely with business users to support a mission-critical business application.
