Since 2011, Our client has been delivering high-quality, reliable signage solutions across Wangaratta and surrounding areas. They are currently looking for a Signwriter to play a key role in driving quality, team development, and successful project delivery.
About the Role
In this hands-on leadership position, you'll manage a team of skilled designers, signwriters, fabricators, and installers—ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standards and on time. Your signwriting expertise and leadership skills will be instrumental in shaping this exciting new role within our business.
Key Responsibilities
* Signwriting and installation
* Team leadership and management
* End-to-end project management
* Staff training, mentoring, and development
* Quality control across all projects
* Client communication and relationship management
* Coordination of administrative tasks
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a signwriter
* Previous experience managing or supervising a team
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* High attention to detail and a keen design eye
* Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
* Solid knowledge of signwriting materials, tools, and techniques
* Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, FlexiSign)
* Understanding of workshop health and safety standards
