Senior Credit Controller - Nationals team
This is a fantastic opportunity to further develop your career within our Finance- Business Services function, leading and coaching the Credit Control team while playing a key role in strengthening our partnerships with Retailers and driving strong commercial outcomes.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
* Lead by example in collection activities to achieving set KPIs
* Subject matter expert for CCAM systems and processes
* First escalation point for complex queries from the team, retailers and other stakeholders
* Assist with leading the team through change arising out of business requirements
* Assist Team leaders with onboarding and training new team members.
This role is permanent, full-time.
