Key Responsibilities:

* Plan menus that cater to specific dietary needs, allergies, and cultural requirements, ensuring the health and wellbeing of all children.
* Communicate effectively with educators and families regarding dietary requirements and preferences.
* Maintain accurate documentation of menu planning, recipes, and financial management.
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is highly regarded in this role.
* Food Handler's Training certificate (supervisor level) demonstrates expertise in kitchen management.
* Knowledge of kitchen equipment and National Quality Standards ensures a high-quality service.
* Demonstrated experience in cooking for large numbers of children with specialist dietary needs is essential.
