As an Overnight Support Worker, you'll provide reassurance and support to clients through the night, helping them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in their own home. This is a passive overnight role (8:00pm – 6:00am), with minimal active duties but an important presence when needed.

We are currently seeking a reliable and caring Overnight Support Worker for a male client in the Tamborine area.
What You'll Do
* Provide overnight supervision and ensure client safety
* Be available to assist if the client wakes or requires support during the night
* Assist with light personal care if required
* Support with toileting or mobility assistance when needed
* Maintain accurate documentation of any overnight activities
* Work closely with the care team to ensure continuity of care
About You
You are reliable, observant, and confident working independently in a care environment.
* Compassion, patience, and reliability
* The ability to stay alert and responsive during overnight shifts
* Confidence working independently in a client's home
Requirements
* Certificate III in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, or currently studying nursing/health
* Current First Aid & CPR certification
* Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
* National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Full working rights in Australia
