You are invited to join a dynamic team with People and Culture Services as an Executive Support Officer. In this role you will be providing high quality and timely administrative and HR support to the Executive Director People and Culture and management team to ensure programs of work are delivered in an innovative, aligned, efficient and effective manner.

About you:

In your new role you will……

* Monitor and manage the day-to-day arrangements of the Executive Director.
* Facilitate the timely provision of appropriate advice and action and prepare documentation or arrangements.
* Work both autonomously and as a member of a team, ability to cope in a high-volume environment, ability to prioritise, consistently meet deadlines and adapt to change using initiative, organisation and planning, time management and problem-solving skills.

About your opportunity:

In this position you will…..

* Draft high-quality correspondence/documents including briefing notes, memorandums, letters, emails presentations and reports.
* Use People & Culture data systems, to extract, analyse and report on data.
* Provide secretariat services including organising meetings, workshops, agendas, minutes and tracking of actions as required.
* Actively participate in a working environment supporting quality human resources management practices including employment equity, anti-discrimination, occupational health and safety, and ethical behaviour.
