At our construction company, we are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our busy residential team in Albany. This hands-on role encompasses all aspects of carpentry, including first fix, second fix, and maintenance work on residential homes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform first fix carpentry: framing, structural work, and site preparation
* Complete second fix carpentry: doors, skirting, cabinets, and finishing work
* Undertake maintenance and repairs on residential properties
* Read plans, work accurately to specifications, and follow safety procedures

Requirements:
