Our client are a young, energetic and rapidly expanding agency with a brand‐new office, a supportive team culture, and significant growth ahead. With a recent joint venture expanding our network across five additional offices, now is the ideal time to come onboard.
The Role:
* UP TO $65,000 + Super + Fuel (depending on experience)
* Strong career progression within a rapidly expanding business
* Small, manageable portfolio

* Brand‐new office in a fantastic location
* Provide on‐the‐ground support to Property Managers, identifying issues early and ensuring properties remain compliant and well‐maintained
* Conduct routine inspections and prepare detailed condition reports
* Support leasing activities including property viewings, photography and marketing preparations.
The Successful Candidate:
* Must have at least 6 months experience and a valid Certificate of Registration
* Reliable and passionate about Property Management
* Attention to detail
* Strong organisational skills
* Solid written & verbal communication skills
* Outstanding telephone manner & time management
* Corporate presentation
* Valid driver's license
* Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
