In this junior role, you will work across exciting projects for iconic brands like Australia Post and other high-profile clients.The Partnership Executive is a junior-level role designed to support the coordination, communication and operational delivery of content marketing campaigns.
Working across both the Australia Post account and Rare Creative clients, the role will involve hands-on support in campaign administration, timeline management, budgeting, and creative workflow coordination.
This role is an ideal entry point for candidates interested in growing a career in campaign and project management within a creative agency environment to gain hands-on experience managing real campaigns and clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Coordination: Support end-to-end delivery of content campaigns across print, digital, social, and video.
Manage timelines, briefs, feedback, and internal scheduling.Client & Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between internal teams and vendors, providing updates and ensuring professional communication across channels.Budget & Admin Support: Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, invoicing, and project financial documentation.Creative Workflow Management: Help brief creatives, track asset delivery, and manage approval processes to meet brand and deadline requirements.New Business & Operations: Contribute to pitches and tenders through research and document preparation, and support creative production logistics as needed.Who are you?
