Member Support Consultants are the face of our clubs, interacting with members and inspiring them to take control of their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Your mission is to drive membership growth through outreach activities, generate and convert high-quality leads, and provide exceptional customer service. To succeed in this role, you must possess a passion for delivering outstanding member experiences and a drive to excel in sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to club sales by utilizing sales promotions and referrals campaigns.
* Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and new business opportunities.
* Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities.
* Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
* Create great member journeys through positive and personalized interactions.
* Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries.
* Open and close the club as per the club roster.
* Be actively involved in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey.
* Make regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey, recommending products to boost results and amplify experience.
Requirements:
* Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
* Problem-solving mindset - provide solutions that meet the needs of potential members.
* Gift for communication - talk to anyone with ease and inspire action.
* Drive - goal-focused and continuously looking for new ways to excel yourself.
* Team player - rally through hard times and celebrate personal and team success.
