Responsibilities

* Welcome customers and guests to the Bodyshop and greet clients over the phone
">
* Provide support to valued customers to identify their requirements, directing enquiries as appropriate
">
* Maintain a daily appointment diary
">
* Prepare RO's via the company's DMS (ERA & IBODY SHOP)
">
* Process invoices/data entries into company DMS, Accounts Reconciliation (debtors & creditors)
">
* Liaise with insurance companies (company and customer queries)
">
* Manage payments and records within an appropriate file system, including EFT and Cash payments from customers and towing companies
">
* Work along with Estimators to manage daily production IN and OUT using AUTO-QUOTE (including ESTIMAGE/NRMA)
">
* Update XREP and Allianz Connect online
">
* Manage bookings for LOAN CARS, RENTAL CARS, HEAD OFFICE CARS and TOWING SERVICES
">
* Perform additional administrative tasks as required
">

* Intermediate computer skills

* Well-presented corporate attire

* Well-developed communication skills

* Previous experience in a similar position or within the retail automotive industry would be advantageous
