As our Accountant, you will play a key role in managing the financial operations of the business. This is a hands-on position where you'll work closely with management to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and manage monthly financial reports and reconciliations
* Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
* Manage payroll and superannuation compliance
* Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
* Ensure compliance with ATO requirements and relevant legislation
* Support management with financial analysis and decision-making
About You
We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Skills & Experience:
* Degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles
* Experience in accounting software MYOB / Nexus ERP
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
