Physiotherapist Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our multidisciplinary team in Residential Aged Care. As a key member, you'll deliver personalised treatments through our award-winning Plena Care Pathway.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored therapy plans.
* Support residents with daily living activities, mobility, falls prevention, pain management, and skin integrity care.
* Deliver both individual and group-based therapy sessions.
* Work collaboratively with facility staff and within your professional scope.
* Contribute to ongoing innovation and high-quality clinical outcomes.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
* Current AHPRA registration
* Valid Australian working rights
* Driver's license and car
* Willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening and a National Police Check
