Improve patient care in the Flinders and Upper North region as a Registered Nurse. Our hospitals provide a range of services, including emergency, medical and surgical, maternity, rehabilitation, mental health, and outpatients.

* Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in various settings, from hospital wards to community health services.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of healthcare settings, including theatres, intensive care units, and community health services. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes, and taking ownership of your own professional development.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, allied health professionals, and other nurses, to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and carers, ensuring they receive comprehensive and compassionate care.
* Take ownership of your own professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest clinical practices, policies, and procedures.
* Contribute to a culture of excellence, promoting evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement.


Required Skills and Qualifications

* Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
* At least 3 years, full time equivalent, post-registration experience.
* Demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing practice in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice.
