Happy Healthy You is an online women's natural health business that delivers trusted education, programs and products to support women's wellbeing, with a strong focus on perimenopause, menopause and post menopause.
We are seeking an experienced Head of Business Operations to lead and optimise the day-to-day running of the business and support our next phase of growth.
Reporting to the CEO, this role has ownership of end-to-end operations, with a strong hands‐on focus across supply chain, eCommerce operations, compliance, systems and cross‐functional delivery.
This role suits a hands‐on operations leader who enjoys ownership, variety and execution. It is not a C‐suite or purely strategic role — success comes from being close to the detail while helping the business scale.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Delivery
Own and manage end-to-end business commercial operations and budgets
Build and maintain scalable systems, processes and SOPs
Monitor and improve operational/commercial performance and KPIs
Supply Chain & Distribution
Manage supplier and manufacturing relationships
Lead inventory planning, procurement and forecasting
Oversee 3PL partners across Sydney, Perth, Auckland and International
eCommerce & Customer Operations
Ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment in accordance with customer SLAs
Manage operational performance across Shopify Plus, Gorgias, Recharge and related online platforms
Maintain customer order support models and escalation processes
Ensure compliance across HR, legal and regulatory requirements
Manage TGA compliance, data privacy, insurances and trademarks
Coordinate external legal and regulatory partners
Projects & Systems
Lead cross-functional projects, including product launches
Support system optimisation, automation and reporting
Ensure appropriate access control and data security
Business Development
Development and operational running of existing and new external relationships, e.g. retail partnerships, event management
Affiliates network management with revenue accountability
About You
3+ years' experience in operations or business operations roles
Experience in eCommerce, DTC or online retail environments including the use of modern technologies to streamline business operations
Exposure to regulated industries (health, wellness, supplements preferred)
Strong organisational, budgeting, problem-solving, project management and prioritisation skills
Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment
