About the Role
* Support Property Managers with tasks such as greeting guests, direct them to the right person.
* Answer phone calls, provide information, screen incoming calls.
* Process tenancy applications, perform TICA checks, rental checks, and employee checks.
* Update office window displays, organize open inspections.
* Manage keys, perform general clerical duties like filing and photocopying.
This role may require some travel. Experience with real estate licensing and social media advertising is a plus. We prioritize teamwork and adaptability in this position.
