One of Australia's iconic company is looking to secure an exceptional Corporate/Commercial Lawyer 5-10 years' PAE with exposure and an interest in developing their company secretary experience.
Join one of the most exciting companies in Australia and work closely with the General Counsel, Company Secretary, a team of senior lawyers and the wider business to support iconic entities.
You will play a key role in providing proactive, strategic and quality legal advice.
Responsibilities
A diverse range of corporate, commercial, IP/IT and retail matters.
Assisting with company secretary duties, including preparing board papers, reporting and compliance.
Company secretary responsibilities both pre and post-listing including ASIC filings, ASX compliance, assisting with the preparation of minutes and directors' disclosures.
Routine contractual agreements including gift agreements and collaboration agreements.
General transactional advisory and support.
Advising key stakeholders across a range of iconic businesses.
Given the calibre of this organisation, this role requires a driven, energetic and commercially astute lawyer who can operate with a high level of autonomy and who are seeking interesting and varied work.
Qualifications
We are interested in speaking with lawyers with 5-10 years' PAE with experience fromnational/international law firms, pre-eminent Western Australian law firms or market leading in-house teams.
You will be joining one of the most sought after in-house legal teams in Australia during a significant time of growth.
