Overview
Our client, a leading men's suiting and formalwear brand, is seeking an experienced and fashion-forward Store Manager to join their high-performing retail team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader with a strong background in men's suiting, exceptional consultative selling skills, and a passion for delivering an elevated customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and inspire a team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Deliver an exceptional consultative service experience, with a strong focus on fit, tailoring, and personalised styling
* Drive store performance through strategic planning, effective execution, and constant improvement of sales and service standards
* Train and develop team members in suiting expertise, customer engagement, clienteling, and brand standards
* Maintain strong visual merchandising and uphold premium brand presentation
* Manage daily operations including rostering, stock management, reporting, and compliance
* Foster a collaborative, team-based environment built on communication, accountability, and excellence
What We're Looking For
* Previous men's suiting experience is essential, including fit, styling, and tailoring knowledge
* Proven background in retail management, ideally within fashion, premium apparel, or tailoring
* Strong consultative selling approach with the ability to build relationships and create loyal clientele
* Demonstrated success in leading teams to achieve sales and KPI-driven targets
* Passion for fashion, styling, and delivering premium customer experiences
