About the opportunity
Due to continued growth across our operations, we're seeking experienced Yard Hands to join our team across Kwinana Yard.

Flexible weekday hours: Work Monday to Friday, 8–12 hours per day, with optional weekend shifts (6–8 hours on Saturdays) for extra earnings.
Convenient location: Based in Kwinana — ideal for anyone living South of the River.
Casual contract with great pay: $39/hour (including casual loading) plus applicable penalties.

About you
You're a safety-minded, team-focused professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and contributing to a strong site culture.
You'll bring:
* Minimum 2 years experience in Labour or Yard Hand work preferably within the Industrial Industry
* Hold the following Nationally Accredited Qualifications:
* High Risk Work Licence - LF (Forklift Truck)
* Willing to complete a VOC - High Risk Work Licence – LF (Forklift Truck)
* Construction White Card
* Australian Working Rights
* Willing to complete Altrad Online Inductions
* Willing to undergo Altrad Pre-Employment Fitness for Work Sign-Off
* Ability to pass a project-specific pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen
* Genuine concern for safety and the wellbeing of your team
* A practical, hands-on mindset with the confidence to take initiative
* A collaborative spirit - you know that success is a team effort
* Pride in your trade and commitment to doing quality work
