Support the Store Manager with daily operations and provide an inspiring in-store experience for our team, customers, and community members.You will assist with:Retail sales and operation of Point of Sale devicesCollecting, sorting, and pricing donationsDeveloping and coordinating visual merchandising and store presentationProviding exceptional customer serviceDisplaying stock in correct departments following policies and proceduresFollowing Occupational Health and Safety policies and proceduresDemonstrating TSA core values in all activitiesHeavy lifting and manual handling, including moving, lifting, and arranging stock and donationsAbout YouPrevious retail sales experience is highly regarded but not essential. What matters most is your passion and ability to deliver outstanding results in a dynamic retail environment.You will be a high-energy, hands-on individual with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
