Based in Adelaide or Newcastle, this role supports the Australian Water business throughout the lifecycle of a pursuit.
The responsibilities include scheduling internal review reminders, tracking new opportunities, and helping to organise bid content within systems.
You'll also assist with sales generation activities, provide general administrative support like travel bookings, workshop setups, and event logistics.
With no two bids the same, you'll play an important role in keeping responses organised and consistent.
You'll work closely with marketing, communications, and graphic teams to ensure all documentation reflects the brand.
