The Opportunity
Based in Rockingham WA, this permanent, full-time Admin Officer role offers an exciting opportunity to support our operations through a wide range of administrative functions. You will play a key role in driving business goals by delivering excellent administrative support and managing key customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities Include

* Extensive data entry
* Proficiency in Excel for tasks such as cost tracker
* Invoicing and opening work orders
* Payroll support
* Handling customer service, including invoice follow-up and answering calls
* Customer reporting and collaboration with internal teams to meet business objectives

About You

* With the right attitude and a willingness to collaborate within a team
* Strong communication skills are a must
* Prior experience in an office environment
* Knowledge of payroll processes
* JDE experience preferred
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, office-based environment (no WFH)
* Customer service experience, particularly with invoicing and follow-up
