HR Team Member
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Post job ads, organize interviews, and ensure new starters feel welcome and integrated into the team.
* Maintain accurate employee files, contracts, and licenses in accordance with regulatory requirements.
* Support training, compliance, and reminders to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge.
* Serve as the first point of contact for everyday HR questions from staff and managers, providing timely and effective solutions.
* Pitch in with payroll and timesheet queries when needed, demonstrating a proactive approach to resolving issues.
* Help plan and execute fun team events and engagement activities to boost morale and teamwork.
* Perform general HR administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the department.
