As Senior Project Manager to manage the migration of EDQ from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, your key responsibilities for the project will be: * Project Leadership- Lead the SAP S/4HANA migration project lifecycle, from initiation to post-go-live support.- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Finance, ICT, and external vendors. - Manage project team and coordinate activities and priorities of team * Stakeholder Engagement- Serve as the primary liaison between business units, technical teams, and external partners.- Facilitate alignment on decisions, interdependencies, and critical milestones. * Risk & Issue Management- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.- Escalate unresolved issues and support timely decision-making. * Data & Process Readiness- Oversee data cleansing, validation, and migration activities.- Ensure alignment of new process designs with business requirements and controls. * Testing & Cutover- Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and go-live readiness.- Ensure smooth transition and minimal disruption to operations. * Governance & Reporting- Establish and maintain project governance and provide regular updates to executive leadership team- Ensure compliance with audit and QAO requirements.
