About the role
Potentia Leisure Pty is seeking an experienced PR & Marketing Manager to join our dynamic and growing team in our Brisbane office.
This full-time role will be responsible for developing and implementing our company's public relations and marketing strategies to raise brand awareness and drive business growth.
What you'll be doing
Developing and executing strategic PR and marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, digital marketing, events, and media relations
Managing the company's public relations activities, including liaising with media outlets, drafting press releases, and building relationships with key influencers
Overseeing the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, such as website content, brochures, and other promotional materials
Analyzing marketing and PR performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and inform future strategies
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless customer experience
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the company's marketing and PR efforts
What we're looking for
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a PR or marketing role, preferably within the marketing and communications industry
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful PR and marketing campaigns that have driven measurable results
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and effectively present ideas
Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in using marketing and analytics tools to measure and optimise campaign performance
Collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams
