About the Role

As we continue to grow, we're seeking experienced and driven Electrical Shutdown Supervisors to join our team for upcoming and ongoing maintenance shutdowns across the Pilbara.

As a Shutdown Electrical Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading and coordinating electrical teams on shutdown projects. You will ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with company and client expectations.

To be successful in this role you will require:

* Experience as an Electrical Supervisor within the mining and resource sector on projects and shutdowns;
* Good understanding of wiring rules and electrical standards;
* An ability to work effectively within a team with well developed communication skills;
* Demonstrate commitment to Company Values;
* WA A Grade Electrical License;
* Working at Heights;
* Provide First Aid (LVR/CPR within one year);
* High Risk Card (EWP); and
* Valid WA C or HR class driver's license.

Highly desired but not essential:

* Working knowledge of on-site statutory electrical requirements;
* Schedule 26;
* RTIO Inductions;
* BHP Inductions; and
* Demonstrate first attack firefighting equipment.
