Responsibilities:
* Patty Production Management: Directly oversee the grinding and pressing of patties, as well as the smoking and slicing of brisket on a daily basis.
* Team Leadership: Lead a team of up to 6 people daily, fostering a productive work environment and driving key outcomes.
* Daily Production Planning: Develop and implement a daily production plan to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
* Facility Operations: Understand and improve facility operations to enhance overall performance.
* Weekly Requirements: Produce weekly requirements for butchers shops, including nugget production, patty preparation, retail smoked meats, and BBQ sauce.
* Safety Standards: Maintain Safe Food standards at all times, adhering to best practices.
* Inventory Management: Ensure stock rotation, cool-room standards, and cleanliness, minimizing wastage across all stations.
* Stock Ordering: Assist with ordering stock requirements, including bulk meat needs.
* Talent Acquisition: Identify team gaps and recruit accordingly.
* Wholesale Customer Satisfaction: Produce products for a small number of wholesale customers, meeting their expectations.
* Cleanliness and Organization: Assist with maintaining dry store environment organization and cleanliness.
