About the Role
We're looking for a friendly and organised Showroom Sales Consultant & Administrative Support to join our team in South Geelong. This is a varied, customer-facing role that combines showroom sales with general admin support. You'll be the first point of contact for customers in our showroom, helping them with product advice and quotes, while also supporting the sales and admin teams behind the scenes.
This is a permanent, full-time position. Some Saturday morning work will be required on a rotating roster.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom with product information, colour advice, and quoting
- Provide administrative support including document preparation, CRM updates, and order processing
- Answer incoming calls and manage reception duties
- Follow up customer quotes and assist in finalising sales
- Maintain showroom presentation and stock displays
- Manage petty cash, receipts, and assist with basic financial admin
- Contribute to a safe, clean, and well-organised workplace
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Confident using Microsoft Office and general office systems
- A friendly, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
- Experience in retail, showroom sales, or administration
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Prior knowledge of indoor and outdoor window furnishing products is highly advantageous, but not essential – full training will be provided
