**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
Reporting to the **Accounts Payable Lead** the **Accounts Payable Officer **will provide support to the Accounts team by processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices accurately and within in a timely manner in order to complete payments.
In this role, you will work within a small Accounts Payable team who are collectively responsible for running the accounts' payable function ensuring invoices are processed into our Accounting System (Pronto) with the relevant approvals.
This is a permanent full-time position which is based at our beautiful newly refurbished office in West Perth.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Matching Supplier Invoices against Purchase Orders
- Processing Supplier Invoices including liaison with various business departments to seek relevant approvals
- Processing bi-monthly payment runs
- Liaise with suppliers and manage supplier statements
- Setting up new suppliers and maintaining up to date supplier records
- Ad hoc tasks as required
**ABOUT YOU**:
We are looking for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail and is an excellent team player, along with the following background and skill-set:
- 3+ years experience in an Accounts Payable function
- ERP Experience - Pronto is desirable
- High data entry accuracy
- Well-developed computer skills
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and consistently meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills
