The Role
You'll act as the trusted right-hand to senior leadership, providing seamless support across both professional and ad hoc requests. This is a role for someone who anticipates needs, protects executive time, and takes genuine pride in keeping everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
* Full diary management, scheduling, and inbox support for multiple senior leaders
* Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and detailed logistics
* Preparing reports, presentations, Board papers, and executive-level documentation
* Minute-taking across Executive, Board, and HSEQ meetings
* Organising catering, corporate events, and internal team initiatives
* Managing expense reconciliation and company credit card approvals
* Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
* Supporting Directors with ad hoc professional and personal requests, using strong initiative and discretion
* Collaborating with other EAs and Office Managers to coordinate meetings, processes, and documentation
* Assisting with corporate communications and internal reporting as required
About You
* 5+ years' experience supporting CEOs, COOs, Directors, or C-suite executives
* Construction industry experience is essential — you understand the pace, terminology, and expectations
* Naturally friendly, confident, and personable, with strong emotional intelligence
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
* Comfortable working autonomously while managing competing priorities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experienced in expense management, credit card reconciliation, and complex travel bookings
