About the Role:
Project Management and Support services are required to provide management and oversight of the development of the Multi-rotor Heavy Lift UAS. The contractor will report to the Director of Logistics Plans and work in collaboration with the appointed Army Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide program/project management expertise to the program and IPMT Team, the director, and broader stakeholder group;
* Coordinate, manage and support the progression of the program/project towards achieving key milestone dates;
* Develop program/project strategies, plans, schedules, and estimates within established ASDEFCON contract management frameworks;
* Analyse project performance against agreed plans and develop and initiate strategies to achieve project outcomes;
* Provide input into the development of project planning, performance, cost and schedule documents and work breakdown structures in accordance with agreed procedures and performance standards;
* Manage schedule, risk, budget and resources, preparation of briefings, submissions, reports and returns relating to the project progress and issues in accordance with organisational requirements;
* Apply established technical, operational, professional and administrative activities, procedures, practices and project management methodologies;
* Contribute to the development of a range of additional program/project documentation;
* Coordinate stakeholder engagements/participate in working groups;
* Participating in/support to Introduction in Service activities;
* Develop and conduct briefings, workshops, and reports;
* Provide analysis and assessments and reports as required;
* Develop presentation materials and documentation as required;
* Support briefing, staffing and approvals of key documentation; and
* Travel to Industry partners and Defence sites to conduct project related activities.

Demonstrated experience in defence and logistics
Proven ability to operate at senior executive level and across teams
Strong documentation, scheduling, and estimation capability
NV1 clearance
Willingness to sign Confidentiality and Security Deed Polls
