Job Role Overview
We are recruiting a dedicated healthcare professional to administer medication to patients in their homes. This is an opportunity for a skilled nurse to work in a dynamic environment, providing essential support and care.
The ideal candidate will possess paediatric experience or have worked with patients who require intellectual disability support, demonstrating a genuine passion for nursing and exceptional cannulation skills.
Key Job Responsibilities
* Visit patients at home to provide medication administration.
* Support patients with rare conditions by administering weekly infusions.
* Collect and transport medication via cold chain.
* Demonstrate patient-centred care and cannulation expertise.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
* Holding current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
* Acknowledged IV cannulation skills and access to ports.
* Paediatric experience or experience working with individuals who require intellectual disability support.
* Current CPR Certification.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
