The Children's Health Queensland Hospital and Health Service aims to increase employment opportunities and workforce representation, valuing the unique perspectives, skills, and experiences of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Key Objectives:
* To enhance Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander workforce diversity across all streams and levels throughout CHQ and across the state-wide health system more broadly.
This talent pool collects a variety of information that will help identify suitable applicants for current and future temporary employment opportunities in a range of occupational areas.
Eligibility Criteria:
* Identifies as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person; and/or
* Is of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent; and
* Is accepted as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person by the Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander community in which he or she lives.
It is a condition of the talent pool application process, that applicants identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander.
