Senior FP&A Analyst / Finance Business Partner (6-Month Contract)
We're partnering with a high-performing professional services organisation with operations across Australia and Asia to appoint an experienced FP&A professional to support a major transformation of their finance capability. The business operates across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions, and is now investing in improving its financial systems, revenue modelling and forward-looking analytics.
The Role
Working closely with senior finance leadership, you will take ownership of revenue analytics, financial modelling and reporting improvements across the group. As such, there is a strong opportunity to clean up data structures, build robust models and introduce meaningful insights that support better decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
* Building revenue reporting and forecasting models across the business
* Creating clear and actionable FP&A reporting and dashboards
* Working with finance and operational stakeholders to improve revenue visibility and projections
* Managing and consolidating multiple data sources and financial systems
* Supporting the final stages of system and process improvements, including finance system enhancements
* Helping transition the finance team toward a more analytics-driven planning function
About You
* Accounting qualification (CA / CPA) or equivalent finance background
* Strong FP&A or commercial finance experience
* Experience within professional services or service-based environments would be highly advantageous (e.g. legal, consulting, engineering, advisory)
* Advanced financial modelling and revenue analytics capability
* Experience working with large or complex datasets across multiple systems
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work with both finance and non-finance teams
* Experience with D365 and SQL would be looked upon favourably
