Job Title: Roster and Property Officer
Key Responsibilities
* Compile and amend staff rosters in accordance with operational requirements, ensuring equity and fairness for all employees.
* Maintain and monitor leave management systems, identifying trends and auditing leave to optimize resource allocation.
* Manage the disposal or destruction of property and exhibits, adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive inventory of exhibits, drugs, and lost property, conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
* Provide expert testimony in court regarding continuity of possession of exhibits.
* Offer training and guidance to police and staff members on proper storage, recovery, and disposal of property.
Requirements
* Proven experience in rostering and leave management.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
