Here's a snapshot of your day;
* Lead the delivery of soft services with a primary focus on cleaning standards across a diverse property portfolio.
* Oversee daily cleaning operations, ensuring all areas meet agreed presentation and hygiene benchmarks.
* Manage service partners and contractors to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes, resolving issues quickly and collaboratively.
* Conduct regular quality inspections and audits, driving continuous improvement in service delivery.
* Develop and monitor cleaning schedules, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
* Prepare and manage Opex budgets for soft services, tracking spend and identifying cost efficiencies.
* Provide monthly reporting on service performance, inspection outcomes, client feedback, and improvement initiatives.
* Champion sustainability initiatives, including waste reduction and environmentally friendly cleaning practices.
Skills and experience you'll need to thrive in this role:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in soft services or cleaning management within facilities management.
* Strong people leadership skills with experience managing service partners and on-site teams.
* Proven ability to deliver high presentation and hygiene standards in complex or high-profile environments.
* Good understanding of compliance requirements, including WHS and environmental obligations
* Financial skills to manage budgets, contracts, and service delivery costs.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills.
