About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Hospital Specialist Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Increasing product sales and driving market share through strategic planning and execution;
* Conducting necessary educational activities to enhance product knowledge among Specialists;
* Approaching call requirements strategically to maximize sales potential;
* Organising and hosting events to foster education and growth among Specialists;
* Collaborating effectively with the wider team to achieve collective success;
* Building and maintaining relationships with multiple types of Specialists;
* Maintaining a high level of clinical and professional expertise through continuous learning and development.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
* Tertiary qualifications (preferably in Science/Medicine or Business);
* Strong commercial and clinical acumen;
* Australian pharmaceutical sales experience required;
* Proven ability to rank in top-performers (SvT or market share growth);
* Previous specialty sales experience highly regarded;
* Senior GP candidates must present hospital sales exposure;
* Ability to drive and operate a vehicle without restriction.
