Role Overview
Early Childhood Teacher – Educational Leader.
Location: Madora Bay, Mandurah W.A. 6210. Centre: Goodstart Madora Bay.
Employment Type: Full Time, 38 hours per week.
Pay: $45.45 - $68.53 per hour (qualification and experience pending) + Superannuation + Benefits + Educational Leader Allowance $2.68 per hour additional.
Key Responsibilities
As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will ignite a love of learning, guide child development, build strong relationships with families, mentor and inspire educational practices, and collaborate with the centre leadership team to develop and implement high-quality early learning programs.
As an Educational Leader, you will collaborate with educators to observe, review and enhance educational programs, deepen the team's understanding of child development, guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework, lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

Qualifications
* Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved).
* Current Western Australia Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
* Active registration with the Teachers Registration Board of Western Australia (TRB WA). Limited registration supported for eligible students.
