Technical Visionary
We seek a highly skilled technical leader to drive AI and integration platform design, build, and scaling.
* Design and develop AI systems, agentic workflows, agents, and automation solutions using Azure OpenAI and modern orchestration frameworks.
* Develop prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and production-ready AI components.
* Oversight of the technical architecture for all AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business strategy and platform standards.
* Hands-on engineering support across critical phases of design and delivery.
Achievements:
* Proven experience implementing Microsoft Azure solutions.
* Strong engineering ability in Python, C#, TypeScript, or equivalent languages.
* Expertise in developing agentic AI workflows using Semantic Kernel, Assistants API, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
* Ability to lead governance forums, establish technical standards, and drive enterprise-wide adoption.
* Excellent communication skills for engaging senior-level stakeholders.
* Experience with MLOps platforms (Azure ML).
* Effective leadership: Leads from the front, diving into technical work when needed.
* Strategic thinking: Understands enterprise priorities, dependencies, and strategic direction.
* Tech expertise: Deep skills across AI, cloud, integration, and engineering.
* Simplification and presentation of complex concepts clearly.
* Balancing architectural design with practical execution at speed.
