Sharp & Carter is proud to partner with a high-performing, global professional services firm in search of an outstanding Office Manager / Executive Assistant to support their senior leadership and ensure seamless day-to-day operations in their newly launched Australian office.
This is an opportunity for a polished, proactive and highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. With a hands-on, service-first approach, you'll be instrumental in supporting executives while also running a professional office environment.
The Role Working closely with senior leaders, your responsibilities will include:
* Executive-level calendar, travel, inbox and expense management
* Document and presentation preparation (Word, PowerPoint)
* Event and meeting coordination (internal and client-facing)
* Office management - from supplies to suppliers, couriers to kitchen
* Acting as the face of the office - welcoming clients and visitors, keeping everything professional and polished
* Health & safety compliance, fire warden responsibilities, building management liaison
* Continuous improvement of systems and processes
What We're Looking For
* 3-5+ years' experience in a similar EA/Office Manager role, ideally in professional services
* Strong Microsoft Office skills and tech-savvy mindset
* Confident, clear communicator with a high level of attention to detail
* Thrives under pressure and enjoys working both autonomously and collaboratively
* Proactive, adaptable and ready to hit the ground running
The Offer
* $45-55/hour + Super (depending on experience)
* Full-time, office-based role through to Christmas (with high potential to extend or go permanent)
