Maintenance & Grounds Technician - Flexible Hours
Job Summary:
A community recreation venue in Australia is seeking a flexible individual for maintenance duties including routine inspections and minor repairs. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the facilities and equipment are well-maintained, efficient and safe.
Key Responsibilities:
* Routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues
* Minor repairs and maintenance tasks to prevent major failures
* Coordination with the committee on maintenance schedules to ensure alignment with facility requirements
Requirements:
* Flexibility and ability to work regular weekly hours of at least 3-4 hours per week
* Optional monthly meetings with the committee to discuss maintenance plans
* Availability to work up to 30 hours per fortnight as needed
