What you’ll be doing
- Greeting and welcoming visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Handling incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members
- Providing general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, scanning and organising office supplies
- Maintaining a well‑organised and tidy reception area
- Providing support to the wider team as required

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
