Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective cost control tools, processes, and procedures.
* Lead the development of project budgets using common structures.
* Prepare timely and accurate cost reports on a periodic basis.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of estimating techniques and perform detailed variance analysis.
* Cultivate strong relationships with project managers and budget holders to support them in managing their budgets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Few years of experience in Oil & Gas or related process industry cost function, preferably internationally, including large projects with increasing responsibility.
* Proven fully developed cost control skill sets.
* Ability to lead the development of standards, processes, and procedures.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
