Overview
Specializing in bulk wholesale distribution of confectionery, groceries, snack foods, and beverages across Cairns and Far North Queensland, The Distributors Cairns and Townsville are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our Townsville branch as a Warehouse Pick and Packer.
Position: Warehouse Pick and Packer
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3 pm with possible overtime leading into busy periods.
Responsibilities
* Efficiently pick and pack orders
* Conduct stock replenishment and rotation
* Manage stock receipting
* Complete necessary paperwork for receiving and dispatching, if required
* Safely operate a forklift for unloading and loading pickups and deliveries (if required)
Qualifications
* Preferred previous experience in warehousing/logistics
* Desirable, but not essential: forklift and first aid certificates
* Ability to lift up to 20 kg, physically fit
